FORYO uses your donation-request information to respond to you and coordinate proposed school-chair donations. Contact hello@foryo.org with questions about the website, a donation, or your personal information.

What the form collects

The form collects your donor type, name, email, phone number, company or organization if relevant, chair quantity, and any optional location, preferred region, message, or request for tax-documentation information. Please do not include payment-card details, passwords, sensitive personal information, or student records.

How your information is used

Your request is emailed to hello@foryo.org and recorded in protected server storage so the team can follow up and resolve delivery issues. It is used to discuss school allocation, product and delivery arrangements, the proposed donation, and relevant documentation. It is not a subscription to marketing emails.

Necessary information may be shared with a recipient school, manufacturer, delivery provider, or professional adviser when coordinating an agreed donation. The website hosting and email providers process the information needed to operate these services.

Session information and protection

The form uses a temporary session cookie for security and duplicate-submit prevention. The server uses a hashed network address and short-lived counters to limit abusive submissions. Standard hosting access logs may include your network address and browser request details. The site has no advertising trackers or analytics scripts.

Requests are kept for coordination, follow-up, and applicable recordkeeping needs. Contact hello@foryo.org to request access, corrections, or deletion of your information, subject to records that must be retained for an applicable legal or contractual purpose. Access to the submission records is restricted at the server level.

A donation request is not a payment

Each chair is priced at ₱2,500; a company classroom sponsorship is 50 chairs (₱125,000), and chairs are delivered in batches of 1,000 (20 classrooms). The calculator shows chair value only. Transport, delivery scope, any additional costs, product specifications, warranty terms, recipient allocation, and payment instructions are confirmed before you make a final commitment. No payment is processed on this website. A submitted form is not a donation receipt or proof of tax eligibility.

Schools and campaign status

The campaign is intended for preselected public schools nationwide in response to teachers’ classroom requests. A preferred region is a request, not a guaranteed allocation. The 10,000-chair target for 29 January 2027 is a funding and orders goal; it does not state that those chairs have been donated or delivered. Campaign images and the hero animation illustrate future possibilities and are not evidence of student outcomes or completed FORYO deliveries.

Tax calculator assumptions

For a qualifying company donation, the illustration uses the chair contribution multiplied by 150% to show a potential deduction, then multiplies that deduction by your selected assumed tax rate to estimate the income tax reduction. It assumes the full amount qualifies and the deduction can be used. You still contribute the full chair amount.

RA 8525 provides an additional 50% deduction for qualifying Adopt-a-School expenses. Together with the allowable donation deduction, this can produce a total deduction of 150% of the qualifying amount, subject to eligibility, agreements, documentation, valuation, and applicable tax rules. It is not a 150% tax credit or refund. Confirm the treatment and taxable year with your accountant. Similar incentives cannot be claimed twice for the same donation.
