100% donation + 50% additional deduction under RA 8525

No. It reduces taxable income, not the price. It needs an approved school agreement, donation and acceptance documents, and valuation under BIR rules, and cannot be claimed twice. Your accountant should confirm. See BIR RR 13-2025 ↗ and BIR RMC 23-2026 ↗.
Specs and warranty are confirmed with the manufacturer before an order. No fixed lifespan or environmental saving is promised. Delivery costs, if any, are quoted before you commit.
